Can I pay with card?

We are cash only at this time.

What is the return policy?

You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange a defective item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return/exchange you must provide a receipt, the product and packaging. If deemed defective, the product will be replaced.

Is there a limit on how much I can purchase?

There is a 2.5oz limit in the state of Nevada.  Recreational edibles are capped at 100MG per edible. Find more information on your purchase limit here.

Who can purchase cannabis in nevada?

Any adult over the age of 21 with a valid ID can purchase cannabis in Nevada.

Medical patients that are 18+ may shop, as long as the medical card and ID are valid and presented together. Minors under 18 may come in with a parent/guardian ONLY IF the minor has a valid medical card and ID AND the accompanying adult has a valid caregiver card and ID.

I have a medical card from another state, can i use it?

Yes! We accept medical cards from out-of-state, however the ID and medical card must match states. Example: We cannot take a California medical card with a Nevada ID.

What happened to curbside pickup in Sparks?

For a faster and more convenient experience, we have replaced curbside pickups with drive-thru pickups.

How do I place a pickup order?

  1. On our website choose which location you’ll be shopping from.
  2. Place your order through our online menu.
  3. Choose “In-Store Pickup” or “Drive-Thru” in Sparks, or “Curbside” in Fernley at checkout depending on your preferred method.
  4. Receive a confirmation text.
  5. Keep an eye on your phone! We will notify you with any updates and when your order is ready.
  6. No text? Give us a call or wait 15 minutes to come in.

How do I pick up my order?

In-store? Check in at our front desk and proceed to the pick-up line on the salesfloor.

Drive-thru? (Sparks only) Find our drive-thru window accessible through the back of our building in Sparks and someone will help you promptly. We are unable to modify, change, or place orders at the window.

Curbside? (Fernley only) Pull up to one of our designated curbside parking spaces and let us know you are here by clicking “here” on the iHeartJane order on your phone, or give us a call!

When can I come by for my pickup?

After you get that “ready” text you can swing by! Orders held for 24 hours will be placed back.

Can I pay with card?

Can i have someone else pick up my order?

No. Due to state regulations, the person who placed the order must be the one to receive it.

Will I get updates on my pickup?

Yes! We will notify you with any updates via text message.

Any time of day! If we’re closed, we will begin to fulfill your order as soon as we open.

I didn’t get a text, what now?

Our apologies! Sometimes phone providers don’t like cannabis and will block our texts. Please give us a call or email to check on any updates. You can also wait 15 minutes and we’ll have it ready.

How Do I place a delivery order?

  1. On our website choose which location you’ll be shopping from.
  2. Place your order through our online menu.
  3. Choose “Delivery” at checkout and pick a convenient delivery window for you.
  4. Receive a confirmation text.
  5. Keep an eye on your phone! We will notify you with any updates and when your delivery driver is close.

When will i get my delivery?

You are able to place a same day or next day order! You can pick one of several delivery window times on the day of your choosing. Each slot is 2 hours long. Our delivery driver will make their way to your front door within your time slot.

Can I pay with card?

Can I have someone else recieve my delivery?

No. Due to state regulations, the person who placed the order must be the one to receive it.

Will I get updates on my delivery?

Yes! We will notify you with any updates and when your delivery driver is close via text message.

1oz is the legal limit per delivery order. You may place multiple orders in a day totaling no more than the 2.5oz legal limit as long as the orders are during separate time slots.

Who can get a delivery?

Any adult over the age of 21 may get a delivery order. Please note we are only able to deliver to private residences such as houses and apartments.

When can I place an order?

Any time of day! If we’re closed, we will begin to fulfill your order as soon as we open.

How Do i sign up?

Only two easy steps!

  1. Sign up online here.
  2. Next time you’re shopping, let your budtender know you signed up online and we’ll do the rest!

How do the points work?

Points are awarded for every untaxed dollar spent at any of our locations. You can use the points to redeem various rewards. Points are stackable! When you want to use your points, simply let your budtender know and we’ll add your reward to your purchase. Points expire 6 months from the purchase date.

What can I get with my points?

250 Points:

Infused Pre-Roll or a .5g Silver State Relief Concentrate

500 Points:

Choose between: $20 off (pre-tax total), 4 pack of Phantom Farms pre-rolls, or 1/8th of Phantom Farms flower

1,000 Points:

Choose between: $50 off (pre-tax total) or 1/2oz of Phantom Farms flower

Extras:

Get a pre-roll on your birthday, deals sent to you based on the products you like, and a penny pre-roll for signing up!

How do I redeem my points?

Let your budtender know you want to use your points. If you’re ordering online, leave a note on your order.

Can I use my points on pickups and deliveries?

Yes, you can, just place a note on your order and we’ll get it taken care of.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Unused points will expire 6 months after the purchase.
