Budtender Kiki for Miss Marijuana

Budtender Kiki for Miss Marijuana

Our very own budtender, Kiki, is in the running to become the first ever Miss Marijuana. This is a beauty pageant that requires voting and she would like our help!

A word from Kiki:

My name is Kiara Brisker, also known as Kiki or DJ 2Keyz. I’m a hip-hop artist and I hold a journalism degree from the University of Nevada Reno c/o 2016. Since then I’ve landed jobs with Greater Nevada Field’s Sound Operations, and with Lotus Radio as a Remote Tech for KOZZ 105.7–Rock 104.5–100.1 the X—and ESPN 94.5. Today I’m a proud cannabis consultant at Silver State Relief in Sparks, while spending my free time as a Program Director and Radio Host for 97.7 FM-LP KWNK Reno,NV.

I’m running for Miss Marijuana because I’ve become a cannabis advocate—more than just a connoisseur of the plant. While working at Silver State Relief, I’ve grown to love the science and how I can positively impact someone’s life.

If given the chance, the following are a couple agendas I will be pushing for: first, the need for more cannabis education in the media—and second, how necessary it is for studies of our Endocannabinoid System (ECS) to be placed in every school’s health and science curriculum. This system in our body helps regulate appetite, mood, memory, pain and cannabis can positively impact us in these same ways.

Winning this competition will allow me to become the cannabis advocate the world needs. Holding the title, I hope to change the name to Miss Cannabis or even Miss Canamerica and to leave marijuana out of the name because the plant’s given name is cannabis.

I’m thankful for my sponsor Sunny’s E-Cigs & Smoke Shop as they’ve helped me maintain top 3 for the Nevada Miss Marijuana running. However, during my Silver State Relief pop up I will be leaving a donation jar out to help me pay for more votes to win, along with instructional tips on how to vote for me for free every day. I hope to see you all there!

Vote for Kiki!

Kiki will be having a pop-up shop at our Sparks location on Friday, July 26 from 12PM – 2PM. Stop by to show your support and learn more about our lovely team member.
