Delivery

Ordering from our Sparks location starts on our website. You choose your products and select an available two-hour delivery window that fits your schedule. Once you place the order, our fulfillment team picks and reserves your products right away so nothing sells out from under you while you wait.

About 30 minutes before your chosen window begins, the team starts processing and preparing your order. You will get an update by text and email at that point, so you always know where things stand. At the start of the delivery window, the driver picks up your order and heads your way. A second notification tells you the driver is on the move.

Our Sparks hub covers a wide stretch of the greater Reno/Sparks area. We deliver throughout Reno, Sparks, & Fernley, NV, reaching neighborhoods from the valley floor up into the hills.

Specifically, that includes Spanish Springs, Lemmon Valley up to Stead Airport and the Swan and Silver Lakes, Golden Valley, Sun Valley, Verdi, Mogul, Caughlin Ranch, Hidden Valley, Somersett, Galena down to Galena Forest Estates, and Pleasant Valley. If you live in one of these communities, you are inside our range.

The Fernley location follows a slightly different process built for the longer distances involved. You place your order through our website by entering your information and uploading a photo of a valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged. This step verifies your eligibility before we prepare anything.

Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team picks and reserves your products. When a driver becomes available, the team begins preparing the order for delivery, and you receive an update by text and email. The driver then picks up your order and heads to your delivery address.

When the driver reaches your door, you must have a valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged. You also need an accepted form of payment ready to go. Please remember that our drivers do not carry change, so plan your payment accordingly. This keeps the handoff quick and smooth for everyone.

Having your ID out and your payment prepared before the driver knocks saves time and helps us keep delivery windows on track for every customer on the route that day.

Delivery times from the Fernley hub can vary because of the distance to Fallon and the surrounding communities. We want you to know when your order is close, so we built in a simple option to stay informed.

If you would like an ETA, leave a note at checkout requesting an update. The driver will notify you when they are getting closer to your destination. As with our Sparks location, when the driver arrives you must have your valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged and an accepted form of payment ready. Drivers do not carry change.

Our Fernley hub reaches communities to the east where dispensary access can be limited. We deliver to Reno, Sparks, & Fernley, NV, covering both towns and reservation land.

That service area includes Fernley, Fallon, Hazen, Wadsworth, and the Fallon Paiute-Shoshone Reservation. Bringing reliable delivery to these areas is part of why Silver State Relief was built for locals. Welcome to Relief.
