Once your order is submitted, our fulfillment team gets to work picking and reserving your products so nothing sells out from under you.

You will not be left guessing about the status of your order. Here is what to expect after you hit submit:

• Order received: Our fulfillment team pulls and reserves your selected products from the shelf.
• Preparation time: Orders are typically ready within 5 to 15 minutes of being placed.
• Ready notification: You get a text and email letting you know your order is prepared for pickup.
• Pickup: You arrive, check in, and complete the purchase using your chosen pickup method.

At our Sparks location, you also have the option to select drive-thru pickup at checkout. This is ideal when you would rather stay in your vehicle, whether the weather is rough, you have kids in the back seat, or you are simply short on time between errands.

Checking Out: Payment, ID, and What to Have Ready

Once you receive the text or email confirming your order is ready, you can come get it using the pickup method you selected. For in-store pickup, check in at the front desk with a valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged. After you check in, head to the express pickup line on the sales floor. When you are called up, present your ID again so we can complete the purchase and hand off your products.

Payment is kept simple and predictable. We accept cash and debit. Having one of those ready before you arrive keeps the express line moving for you and everyone behind you. For drive-thru pickup at our Sparks location, you drive up to the drive-thru window, present your valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged, and pay with cash or debit right there. There is no need to leave your car.

Where to Go When You Arrive

For in-store pickup, your path is short. Check in at the front desk with your valid ID, then walk to the express pickup line. This line is separate from general browsing traffic, so pickup customers move quickly. Keep your ID handy, because you will show it a second time when you are called up to finalize the sale.

For drive-thru pickup at our Sparks location, wait for your confirmation text, then drive directly to the drive-thru window. Present your valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged and pay with cash or debit. This option serves customers across Reno, Sparks, & Fernley, NV who prefer a quick, contactless grab-and-go experience.

Order Cutoff Times and Store Hours

Timing matters, so plan ahead near closing. Online pickup orders can be placed up to 30 minutes before the store closes. Any unclaimed orders are canceled 15 minutes before closing, so be sure to arrive with time to spare after you get your ready notification. If you know you are running late, it is better to place your order the next day than risk cancellation.

At our Sparks location, the drive-thru window closes at 9:30pm, and the latest time you can place a drive-thru order is 9pm. These cutoffs give our team enough time to prepare, verify, and complete every order properly before we close for the night.

Returns and Our Commitment to You

We accept returns on cartridges, batteries, and disposables within 30 days of the purchase date with a receipt. If you have an account with us, you do not need to provide a receipt, since your purchase history is already on file. Management reserves all rights regarding returns.
