In-Store Pickup and Online Ordering

Every one of our locations supports both in-store pickup and online ordering, so you can choose the path that suits your schedule. If you prefer to plan ahead, you can place an order for in-store pickup through our website. Enter your information and upload a photo of a valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged. Once the order is placed, our fulfillment team picks and reserves your products so they are set aside and ready when you arrive.

Orders are typically ready within 5 to 15 minutes. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, you receive a notification by text and email, so you never have to guess whether it is time to head over. This system removes the back-and-forth of standing at a counter while items are located. It also keeps the express pickup line moving, which is a benefit for everyone shopping that day. For customers at our Sparks location, there is an added option: you can select drive-thru pickup at checkout if you would rather not leave your vehicle.

How the Checkout and Pickup Process Works

Once you receive the text and/or email confirming your order is ready, you can collect it using the pickup method you selected. The process is direct, and knowing the steps in advance helps your visit go quickly. Please remember that we accept cash and debit only, and a valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged is required at every visit.

• In-store check-in: Arrive and check in at the front desk with a valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged.
• Head to the express line: After checking in, move to the express pickup line on the sales floor.
• Present ID again: When you are called up, show your ID a second time to complete your purchase.
• Drive-thru option, Sparks only: Drive up to the drive-thru window, present a valid, government-issued ID that is not damaged, and pay with cash or debit.
• Where to go: In-store orders are picked up in the express pickup line – drive-thru orders are collected at the drive-thru window after your confirmation text.

This structure keeps the front desk, the sales floor, and the pickup lines flowing in an orderly way. It also protects your reserved order, since the ID check confirms that products go to the right person. If you ever have a question about which line to use or how to check in, our staff at the front desk is ready to point you in the right direction.

Ordering Times, Store Hours, and Returns

Timing matters when you are planning a stop, so it helps to know the cutoffs. Online pickup orders can be placed up to 30 minutes before the store closes. Any orders that are not claimed are canceled 15 minutes before the store closes, which keeps reserved inventory available for other shoppers. At our Sparks location, the drive-thru window closes at 9:30pm, and the latest time you can place a drive-thru order is 9pm.

We also stand behind the products we sell. We accept returns on cartridges, batteries, and disposables within 30 days of the purchase date with a receipt. If you have an account with us, you do not need to provide a receipt, since your purchase history is on file. Management reserves all rights regarding returns.
